Our Junior Suite 706 is spacious and well-appointed with a Queen Bed; as well as a sofa bed for the occasional guest. There are seating arrangements for relaxing and dining. You will find plenty of space to store your clothing and personal items. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. Free wifi. A flat screened TV, Blu-Ray Player and I-Pod docking station are there for your entertainment. An in-room telephone with answering machine is provided, as well as a secure safe with room to hold your laptop. Enjoy the cool comfort of central air conditioning, or open the windows and let the room fill with tropical ocean breezes. The very best benefit by far is the outstanding ocean view with the Islands of Lanai and Molokai toward the horizon.

Maui Kai 706
As usual, we enjoyed our stay at the Maui Kai. My husband & I have been coming here since 1984…we’ve witnessed many changes in staff & ownership, but always return because there is literally nothing on Maui like the Maui Kai. We love it here.
We’ve never stayed in #706 before but it’s a very nice unit, maybe a little dated but one with an open lanai & we really enjoy that. Nice bathroom with a tiled shower (which is lovely because we enjoy the beach), & the owners have thoughtfully included beach chairs, a cooler, & a few other fun beach toys to maximize your trip to the sand.
We recommend #706 & especially the Maui Kai overall. You simply can’t beat the views, the sounds of the ocean day & night, the simple beauty of the ocean at sunrise & sunset. This is why we return, year after year. 🫶

Hello, we’re interested in your suite number 706, and wondering if the building has an elevator as my husband is in a wheelchair. Do you think he could fit that wheelchair in the bathroom as well? Thank you for your time. Louise

Aloha Louise, Yes, we have two elevators. The wheel chair will fit the entrance of the bathroom but it doesn’t have grab bars which sounds like you made need. Mahalo

Watching the whales from our lanai
The management literally thought of everything we would need to make our stay wonderful from books in the room binoculars ice chest beach chairs etc. Also watching the whales from our lanai was so fun.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. You are right over the ocean and a short walk away from the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
