Oceanfront Jr. Suite (Studio) – This unit is directly oceanfront with beautiful Koa wood and tile flooring, inviting tropical décor, | King Bed, sofa, flat screen TV, Blu-Ray Player and I-Pod docking station are there for your entertainment. Free WiFi in each room along with some connections available in lobby and by pool area. An in-room telephone with answering machine is provided, as well as a secure safe with room to hold your laptop. Enjoy the cool comfort of central air conditioning, or open the windows and let the room fill with tropical ocean breezes. Fantastic stay in paradise
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit! It was exactly as described. We spent every morning on the lania whale watching and also in the late afternoon, and of course sat out there at the end the night watching the stars and listening to the crash of the waves. We got some great pictures of the whales breeching. The king bed was super comfortable, the unit was spotless and the updated bathroom was much appreciated. It was a very quiet unit. We heard no one! As a few have mentioned, this is a ground unit and we did have others walk by, but it was never a problem or invasion of privacy. In fact, we had a few people stop and have a drink with us! There is ample parking. The area is very safe. It’s an easy walk to the food trucks and the grocery. We became nightly regulars at Java Jazz and heard some amazing music and mingled with some locals. We also walked to Dukes, the Black Rock and bar at the Sheraton and to Whalers Village. It was a quick drive down the road to Lahaina, where we ate at Coco Deck, Mala Ocean Tavern and attended the old Lahaina luau. They were all wonderful. We also enjoyed Captain Jack’s Island Grill, the opposite direction. We easily took wonderful day trips to the blow hole, Haleakala, the Agave Distillery and Ocean Vodka in upcountry. We also went to Iao Needle and explored some of the smaller villages. Our trip was perfect in every way, and having this wonderful condo to call home was a big part of it. We certainly hope to return.

The space is well-appointed and very comfortable and the view is beyond amazing (ocean waves, turtles, whales)! This was our second year staying here and it felt like returning to a serene and magical home away from home. We couldn’t have been more delighted with the room, location and the whole of Maui Kai.

Oceanfront paradise!
Quite honestly, MauiKai #107 exceeded all our expectations making our 1 week stay simply perfect!
The oceanfront lanai made for a unobscured front row seats to breaching whales, pods of spinner dolphins and green turtles galore! Not to mention the sound of gentle ocean waves and beautiful Hawaiian sunsets.
The unit was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home.
Location, location, location…
Easy beachfront access and
a short walk to food trucks, the local grocery store, just across the street as well as shops and the local bus service, which was super convenient for short trips since we didn’t rent a car and was such an added bonus.
Last but not least, the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, making our stay relaxing and stress free.
I highly recommend this place would give 10 stars if I could.

Outstanding Experience
My wife and I had a great visit. Much needed rain came while we were there and it did not impact us at all. A great Hawaiian rainfall was refreshing and warm. Sitting on the lanai eating breakfast with the surf so close, numerous rainbows, views of the other nearby islands, it does not get any better. Room is very comfortable and accessible. Plenty of parking, the hot tub and swimming pool was excellent. The only sounds you hear are the waves washing over the sand where we took the condo’s beach chairs out on the beach and soaked up the warm sun rays. Relaxation is in abundance here. Local restaurants and within walking distance. Outstanding experience. Much appreciated for the staff who keep it so clean. Looking forward to returning.

Our stay at Maui Kai was a dream. The room was nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools for cooking a nice meal. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would recommend staying there to our friends.

We had an amazing time. It felt as if the condo was loved and the owners equipped it with furnishings for their personal use, (Rather than low quality stuff they got for their rental.) It was perfect for my husband and I. We were surprised that the owners had a “happy anniversary” flower arrangement waiting for us. Yet another thoughtful touch.

Simply Superb at Maui Kai #107
We had a simply superb stay at Maui Kai #107. The accommodations were perfect for my wife and I during our visit to Maui and the location could not have been any better for us…close to everything we wanted to do and the views from the Lanai were relaxing and rejuvenating! The icing on our stay was the sighting of multiple waves breaching the ocean and frolicking in the surf while we were enjoying our kona coffee on the lanai on the very first morning of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Maui and highly recommend the Maui Kai Studio Condo #107!!

This condo was immaculate, had everything we needed. The ocean is right there! Office staff was very helpful and friendly. The owner was prompt with answering a few questions .prior to our stay. Would highly recommend!

Best on Maui!
This was our 7th stay in Maui Kai 107, and it was perfection as always! Stan is the perfect host; the condo and grounds are always pristine with everything one could need! And the views!!! no other place is as close to the water as Maui Kai. This place holds a part of our heart and we will return again and again!

Outstanding Place
Stan’s property is outstanding. The view took our breath away – great space to have everything you need. The sunsets were unspeakable. I don’t believe we could have this experience in any other state. We have a home in Myrtle Beach on the ocean, and this space is even more beautiful.

Perfect Place
This was the perfect place to stay to end our time in Hawaii!! Loved everything about this Vrbo especially hearing and watching the ways sitting on the lanai not to leave out the many turtles!!!!!! Thank you for such a clean beautiful Vrbo!!

this place is incredible, a condo fully equipped with everything you can possibly need to enjoy your vacation on the beach. “home away from home” The staff are very friendly and helpful they offer a fully stocked movie collection if you just want to stay in at no cost to you. Our unit had beach chairs, coolers, boogy boards, pool noodles, picnic set and all cooking and host essentials. Definitely coming here again. The view on the first floor amazing! Oct 2017. We came back! This time celebrating our Honeymoon! We were overjoyed and had a blast again!! We explored more locations on the island and we stayed for 9 days. Each sunset is stunning and different worth watching every day. Breakfast and dinner on the lanai, BBQ and chill time by the pool and the best restaurants around. Jun 2019. We came back again! This time celebrating our Babymoon! Never a dull moment here. This place feels like home to us, and never disappoints with the breath taking views and ocean waves at night. We used the pool house for cooking and lounging by the pool. Walked to the food trucks located across the way and enjoyed the nearby beaches. Definitely recommend baby beach in Lahaina and Kapalua Bay Beach …go early for easy parking!
