Our One Bedroom Oceanfront corner unit is spacious and well-appointed with a King Bed in the bedroom and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Our comfortable oversize chair can be made into a twin bed as well. The seating arrangements in the living room are perfect for dining with a fabulous view or just relaxing. The bedroom has large closets for storing your clothing and personal items. A safe with room to hold your laptop and beach towels are provided as well. From the bedroom you can enjoy a beautiful view of the West Maui Mountains. Our full equipped kitchen has a all the modern convenience with an ocean view. Free wifi. Watch the Whales in Season, be on the look out for dolphins and turtles as well. The unit comes equipped with a A flat screened TV, Blu-Ray Player and I-Pod docking station for your entertainment. Enjoy the cool comfort of central air conditioning, or open the windows and let the room fill with tropical ocean breezes. The very best benefit by far is the outstanding oceanfront view with the Islands of Lanai and Molokai as a backdrop.

Honeymoon!
We had the absolute best time staying at the Maui Kai (Room 401)! The room was amazing and the views were even better. With such a great location we had a super easy time getting to good beaches and food. This was our first time but we can’t wait to come back!

Oceanfront comfort and beauty
This is our ninth stay at Maui Kai, and all the units have their individual charms. We loved staying in a corner condo, with spectacular views both to the south and west, and sitting on the open lanai was a favorite part of our visit. Having cross-ventilation with the bedroom window and the open lanai was great at night. It would be nice to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well, but the weather while we were there wasn’t hot at night.
401 was beautifully prepared for our arrival, and we appreciated the beach chairs and other items that made our visit smooth and enjoyable.
Can’t wait to come back!

“This was our first trip to Maui and we hope it’s not our last! The location, staff, unit and view were all amazing! And free parking is an added bonus! We enjoyed breakfast on our lanai while watching sea turtles in the water below or whales in the distance. It was perfect for my husband and me! 🌺”

If between 30 and 90 you loose your deposit
If 30 days to arrival date it’s payment in full is due.
