A spring morning from the lanai
The first window of the day is the Pacific. Coffee on the lanai, reef visible below, and on a calm late-April or early-May morning you can still catch the tail end of humpback season offshore. The boardwalk along Kaanapali Beach starts a few minutes from the property edge. By May and June the trade winds settle into Hawaii’s drier season, beach mornings are more reliable, and the summer crowds have not arrived yet.
This is the practical window for guests who want the room, the view, and the quiet to do the work. SPRING26 is built for that trip.
What the offer covers
SPRING26 takes 10% off eligible Best Rate stays booked directly through Maui Kai. Best Rate is the lower-price booking option where you pick your room category and Maui Kai assigns the specific unit at check-in. Every managed unit is oceanfront, so Best Rate still means a condo facing the Pacific with a private lanai.
The code applies to new direct online bookings at mauikai.com for stays through June 30, 2026. It does not apply to Pick a Condo bookings, where you choose the exact unit, and it does not apply to reservations made through third-party travel sites.
For the difference between Best Rate and Pick a Condo, see the Best Rate page.
What the room comes with
Every managed condo at Maui Kai is direct oceanfront with a private lanai, a full kitchen, and central air conditioning. Free parking is included. Free Wi-Fi is included. There are no resort fees. There are no booking fees when you reserve direct. The only line item beyond the room rate is a one-time $199 cleaning fee, shown upfront on the reservation total before you confirm.
For the full account of what is and is not on a Maui Kai reservation, the no-hidden-fees page walks the line items.
What spring looks like on the property
Mornings are the long stretch of the day. Coffee outside, turtles along the reef below the property, and on a clear late-April or early-May morning, late-season whale activity offshore. The pool sits between the building and the water. The beach is steps off the lanai.
Kaanapali in May and June is a settled-weather window. Trade winds are reliable, swell is calmer than winter, and the boardwalk fills more slowly than it does in July and August. The trip moves at the pace of the lanai.
